On March 18, Zelenograd Nanocenter conducted an excursion for the winners of “Microelectronic Technologies of MEMS” engineering contest. The participants were trained at Technology Park for youth "SMART-PARK" on the basis of MIET.

To expand the technical and production capabilities of CMOS ICs manufacturing, Zelenograd Nanotechnology Center began to expand, modernize and re-equip its current facilities.

The electric power steering IC, developed by ZNTC, took the second prize in the Golden Chip Award.
The IC converts the angle encoder signals and is a highly integrated system-on-chip for automotive applications.
